Workshops will include lecture on above topics (and many others) along with food samples, handouts and easy healthy meal ideas.   Workshops can be scheduled either individually or as a series or as monthly or bi-weekly.  Cost will be determined upon meeting as it can be per client or as a group by a corporation.
